i got hospitalized because i apparently felt like picking a fight with some more~mans and ended up in the ICU with chemical burns and coughing up blood. not that i wasn't already feeling somewhat suicidal since i arrived here in this timeline in hu~01 form a few weeks ago.

anyway my insurance got eff'd up so now i can't even refill the psych meds for my skit~so~effective if i wanted to, and so my "crazy" is coming back, which actually i don't mind much at all, and this site is entertaining me in a way that keeps me from falling apart, allowing me to just be myself in spite of how nuts i apparently am.

i registered this domain name and want to set up a website called Delusions of Reference, inspired in part by this Data Asylum site I found here, that I really got a kick out of. I am thinking of reviewing hidden messages in movies, music, tv shows, and books, because they do paint some kind of pictures of this so~called "reality" simulation we live in, and it seems like it would be fun to set up a review site explicitly focused on the idea of "delusions of reference".

what do you'll think? what are your favorite trippy media that you feel "speaks to you" in a manner that someone might consider "delusion of reference"?

I think you should look for conspiracy and weird references in the most boring and non-controversial media just to mix it up a bit. Like pick a show no one ever thinks weirdly about at all - like a soap opera or something.

hmm that's true, i could do that as well, but i'm trying to be entertaining as well as informative, i'm not sure if pe0p1e would find that interesting or not.

the best delusions of reference IMO come from the show South Park lmao. i love to delude references from that show. and i think they're valid enough delusions when the authors managed to create their own book of mormon, and the book of mormon musical is chock full of DoR for me ;)

but yeah i could probably write up an article about carrie underwood's "do you hear what i hear" song, most might consider that non-controversial of a song to be getting worked up about.
