I agree.
But it doesn't make him a racist person to have that. And it's not his fault that society and the media will perceive a white person as being racist if they have the same.
That was my point.

I cannot say for sure since I personally don't know him. But one of the high schools I went to was 95% mexican, I knew people with BP tats and they were not racist.
