It really should be a all encompassing approach. It shouldn't be considered a diet but a way of life. If we simply ate right, there is no need for any additional vitamins or supplements for the average person.

Eat as close to raw as possible. Meats, eggs, vegetables..the things found around the OUTSIDE aisles of the grocery store. If anything is raw, you should cook it yourself with fresh ingredients and spices. No spice packets or sauce packets. No franken foods laden with poison. No more fast food. Even restaurants need to be selected carefully.

The body is a finely designed instrument. If you simply treat it right, it will treat you right with good pain free action, energy and clarity of thought.

And a little exercise thrown in should help as well.
