It certainly isn't a high animal fat diet.

That's whats clogging us up, causing people to rack up pounds and all types of health issues as a result. Today's milk is inflammatory because of something done to the cows many years ago. It corrupted the milk. Since this info has gotten public, there is non-corrupted milk for sale in some stores. It is designated A2 milk.My daughter could not consume any milk product without total-body pain and inflammation. She now buys A2 milk and has no problems. Look it up on the internet. It tells you how it happened.I believe that there is only one type of cow that was not corrupted. Yes, and also other animals like goats and sheep produce A2 milk
