Ad hominem noted. I am not a 'bot. And I post in threads that interest me enough to do so. As an aside, how does one post to a thread, yet not "jump into a thread he was never part of?" Isn't that just posting?

Also notice in that particular "550 page monstrosity" whose predictions turned out to be *correct,* and whose didn't.

And yes, yes, I must be answering your post far too quickly to be human.
 Quoting: 74444

a little too quickly yes, obviously for some.

Shrug. Since there is no interval whatsoever that appears to be correct, I'll continue to just post when I post.

you didn't out of coincidence stumble upon this thread and "post" - you were somehow alerted that I linked the censor thread here.
 Quoting: x0mega

Yes. When I come to GLP, I click the little 'active thread' button, and lo! up they come. All paid accounts have this feature. How suspicious!

and then resumed to help fill a shill side conversation in order to confuse observers of this thread.
 Quoting: x0mega

I am not attempting to confuse anyone -- as I continually present facts to back up my claims, and have a predictive track record that should be the envy of all the True-Believers.

let me guess you have no life either? 550 pages my man? of dribble and nonsense? Seriously, who are you trying to kid?
 Quoting: x0mega

Ad hominem noted. Again, *my* nonsense was at least sensible enough to predict what actually *happened.*

The believers' claims? Not so much.

I've only seen the words "Ad hominem noted" used by 2 other handles. Can anyone guess what handles they are?

More death threats, trolls, and personal visits from tptb & pro corp gov sci revisionist historians gang stalking me!

But, hey, for the 3 bucks an hour YouTube pays me

I am waiting until the 14th and the ISON meteor shower.

And if there is no meteor shower.....

Well then....

Absolutely nothing will be noticed or felt from the 10th to the 20th. I wouldn't be surprised if ISON was a hoax to distract us from the hoax of Fukushima all while they are spraying radiation poisoning from jets everyone calls contrails!

Why?

Once again, I must point out that who I am has no bearing on the validity of my points, nor my questions. I'm just a guy who has been on GLP a long time, and watched failure after failure of the cosmic-doom prophecies, from Nancy Lieder on up -- and watched some of them have detrimental consequences to people I've cared about.

Why does who I am *matter* to you at all, other than I disagree with those who make claims about cosmic-disasters-happening-soon that seem to invariably fail? What is the *proper* way to disagree? Or would you prefer no such dissent at all?

You don't fight fair.

You label everyone who disagrees with you a fear Monger.

You never acknowledge the failures of professional science.

And you and your hive mind treat people the same way Nancy Pelosi and her people do.

Your coordinated team efforts to bully people on a conspiracy site feel like government attempting to control the thought process as opposed to your 'keeping people from disturbing ideas'.

And it is super ironic that y'all blast all the fear mongerers while fear mongering climate change.

Bottom line.

You and your team attack anyone who disagrees with government.

Not Phil.

You don't fight fair.
 Quoting: NewThor

I don't fight *at all.* What is unfair about keeping track of predictions, and pointing out when they fail, or when those who make promises fail to keep them?

You label everyone who disagrees with you a fear Monger.
 Quoting: NewThor

I don't. Poisoning the Well noted. I do tend to point out when certain predictions, particularly those with expiration dates, fail.

You never acknowledge the failures of professional science.
 Quoting: NewThor

Science is a *process* that is slow and messy but gets you there eventually. Failures are an integral and necessary part of that process. Slowly, painfully slowly sometimes, the cruft gets filtered out.

However, if the Internet has proved anything, it is the propensity for people to throw more cruft *in.*

And you and your hive mind treat people the same way Nancy Pelosi and her people do.
 Quoting: NewThor

I assume you are speaking of something particular that I am unaware of. Ad hominem noted, by the by.

Your coordinated team efforts
 Quoting: NewThor

There is no such team, at least as far as I am concerned. I'm wholly independent. Strawman and ad hominem noted.

to bully people on a conspiracy site
 Quoting: NewThor

It is not bullying to ask questions and expect answers on a message forum, nor to point out and source contradictory information and facts. Poisoning the well noted.

feel like government attempting to control the thought process as opposed to your 'keeping people from disturbing ideas'.
 Quoting: NewThor

Except that I am not in the pay of any government or agency to post at GLP nor anywhere else. *Again* ad hominem.

And it is super ironic that y'all blast all the fear mongerers while fear mongering climate change.
 Quoting: NewThor

When have you ever seen me post about climate change *at all?* You really must put away your broad brushes, Thor.

Bottom line.

You and your team attack anyone who disagrees with government.
 Quoting: NewThor

Again: No team. No attack on a person, I just disagree with ideas, and hold those who make "fear-mongering" predictions accountable when those predictions fail to materialize. That's all.

Deal with it.

EDIT: I also cannot help but notice that my questions were, once again, ignored. How shocking.

This pack of shills always does the little post dissection response thing and often take a phrase out of context and qoute it as an avoidance tactic.

One thing seems certain. They are sympathetic towards the current administration. I bet nobody can qoute one post from any one of this obvious pack of shills that would indicate that they either do or don't support Obama.

What is concerning is, if Thor is right about it being a team of people - imagine what other sites have teams of people grooming opinion? I can't help but notice all the comments on news articles made before it was even distributed news. The opinion shaping is a powerful tool, but the amount of work to keep such a large charade a secret you have to assume its private sector or people of like mind.

Either way, the amount of resources spent is astonishing.

which is why, out of the sake of control, I would invest in some serious AI.

this is all data mining for me anyways, who knows about the 12th of January i'm not saying bring your tomato plants in. I use foul language to provoke "emotion" and you can clearly see they never pulled the "calm down you crazy person" card.

I know one thing, the amount of work 7444 and Astro and folks do compiling thread discussions - I might pay you more than you make now to do it for me in my line of work cause I hate PM shit, this is serious wasted talent, or is it? :)

One thing seems certain. They are sympathetic towards the current administration. I bet nobody can qoute one post from any one of this obvious pack of shills that would indicate that they either do or don't support Obama.

Interesting. Strangely this is the one member of the pack with such responses. Also sometimes makes racist comments. It really does almost make you seem inconspicuous. Every now and then there are glimpses behind the facade however. Like when you made it clear 2 weeks before Hubble attempted to view Ison dust that it would not even be possible. Which could only leave us with the conclusion that NASA must have known this as well and was just putting on a useless show for the people rather than using a scope that could actually see you get dust cloud. Yes they were looking for big chunks.

..but they had already said that wasn't likely so what was the point? We just wanted details about the dust cloud.

It's some total bullshit. They could have plainly stated that there could still be a large dust cloud with dangerous sized debris.

Why would they just happen to leave out the most significant detail?

Actually, AC, GLP recently had the Backlash card at the bottom - you might have notice how the tides turned recently even in the media against the administration, congress, and Obama.

Thor is right, they stick to the party vibe until they realize it has critical massed to a new opinion and set of talking points.

Oh, I see, so if I don't say anything bad about Obama, it's because I'm a shill and the shill line is to not be political, but if I say something bad about Obama, it's because I'm a shill and it's reached "critical mass" for me to be political... Got it. Yup, I'm definitely a shill!

 Quoting: AC

NASA, unlike you, does not fear monger over false comet doom. The dust cloud, whether it contains "dangerous sized debris" or not, does not come anywhere near earth and it is not a threat. Period.

NASA was interested in seeing if a significant fraction of the nucleus survived. If it had, Hubble would be capable of seeing it. Most of their scientists don't really give a damn what doomtards think or say, so why would they tailor their messages to what you want to know about? They won't. Their interest was never in finding "dangerous fragments of ISON headed this way" because they, like me, knew such claims were downright silly.

We are not going directly through the debris trail. I already explained this to Omega, he has decided to stick to lying rather than accept the truth. Quoting myself:

Stop calling me a liar when it is YOU who is lying douche

the following link clearly shows us going through the tail

so does this following link.

way to sidestep questions and just call someone a liar.

Astro is telling you the truth. If you switch to the realistic mode instead of the default schematic mode, you will see the Earth does not pass through the debris trail.

Realistic mode - [link to i.imgur.com]

No he is not, you can go to the 3D link in your reply that Astrobot mysteriously took out of his reply's when he made that ignorant claim.

Or source me how the published trajectory changed as it headed into perihelion? making the Nasa data you referenced and the below data inaccurate.

Because Astobot hasn't been able to :) maybe it's that he can't "see" client side rendered content???? hmm...

Did you even read my post? The default view you see when you go to [link to www.solarsystemscope.com] is the Schematic view, which doesn't display the solar system to scale. You need to switch to the Realistic mode in options menu. Once you do, you see that Earth passes well below the debris stream and NOT through is like the default schematic view shows. It is precisely because it is fashionable for Americans to know no science, even though they may be well educated otherwise, that they so easily fall prey to nonsense. They thus become part of the armies of the night, the purveyors of nitwittery, the retailers of intellectual junk food, the feeders on mental cardboard, for their ignorance keeps them from distinguishing nectar from sewage. — Isaac Asimov

So you disagree with NASA too huh?

We are not talking about a bullet following a single trajectory. We are talking about a debris field getting pushed away by the sun.

It has already been stated how much wider than earth the field is, I am sorry that the line didn't intersect with earth to make you understand this - so I refer back to NASA.

have any linkable retractions by NASA? Because I continue to be the only one linking a confirmation we are going through the field.

anyone?

The delta-V needed to "push it to earth post-perihelion" is not only incredibly high, but it also would have had to have been in a generally sunward direction at perihelion. "Pushing it away from the sun" only pushes its perigee distance higher, meaning farther from earth at closest approach.
