The strangest thing happened yesterday. I just associated it with the quaking in the ground.
We had two different people come by late yesterday afternoon looking for missing dogs. One was a Pug and the other a Jack Russell.
I've lived here 40 years and this has never happened before. We get an occasional hunting dog that shows up, but they have tags with phone numbers where you can call the owner. Never had people actually out actively hunting for their pets before. I have always heard that animals can sense movements in the ground. I hope this isn't a bad omen...
