No I'm sorry, but this is simply wishful thinking. We're supposed to believe that John Roberts was simply so convinced that Obamacare would be such a complete disaster that he allowed it to continue in order to prove a point? Let's just say that's true, since so many called this train wreck far before it was implemented, that still doesn't excuse allowing the law to be implemented. The purpose of Obamacare is to fail such that the left can make an argument for a single payer healthcare system. They NEED it to collapse. At no point in history have we ever seen, nor will we ever see, an entitlement program be implemented and then revoked. Once you give out a freebee, the government will always give out that freebee, in one form or another. Obamacare isn't going anywhere. It will simply become bigger, more powerful, and a larger waste of money. John Roberts accomplished nothing other than adding to the downfall of our country.

The key i heard, and i don't remember from whom, but it was a Judge, was; If you don't ever pay or make an effort to join, there can be no penalty. And that will fall > To the courts to decide ... Like the ball never really left the court, unless no one stands. You never bought the product, how can one be responsible for it, much less a penalty. There would necessarily be a higher price to pay; like a signature or an actual agreement. At least a contract of sorts to work with... So, and why is the U.S. in Business to sell products they know nothing about, nor have any control of, and it seems like people are in more danger from a system that now just doesn't care.
