The Iluminated Part Of the Moon (phase) Is Now Tilting Following The Sun's Light Source Direction
Its tilting many degrees per hour (up to 180° in a whole night time from the rise at East to the set at West).

And even its surface viewed from the Earth too, wherever your latitude is, now every day in the Day time as well.

science

What do you think about?

First off the sun didn't "tilt", it switched its magnetic poles as it does each 11 years.

Second:

And at last but not least:

Intersting,

in other words now we can have two new different Moon's phases in a half Day time period in 12 hours (three in total).

That also during in the Night time.

Anyone?

Yesterday Night I saw the moon setting in the night sky in about 11.20 PM but it was well visible in the whole daytime since it rose at the East in about 10.40 AM.

So it took in about 11 hours to see it again up on the sky.

So you have been out watching the moon? Are you going to help Dr Astro explain field rotation on his next thread?

No, we only have one phase but since the field rotation makes it appear as if the whole moon had tilted it can look like it has gone from waxing to waning.
Looking at the visible craters it's clear that the moon doesn't change phase during the night.

Only people really bad at science and observation would think it did.

Eleven hours, you say? Odd. It should be twelve hours, +/- about 40 minutes (depending on the phase, aka leading or trailing the Sun).

Or have you forgotten that you live on a sphere that rotates over approximately 24 hours?

Yes...

If they had sufficient observational skill to watch any FEATURES on the Moon, they would notice the terminator was in approximately the same place in relation to those features.

But they can't. They aren't familiar with how the Moon looks, they can't tell one mare from another, they couldn't find the Sea of Tranquility with an atlas.

They think they are the one-eyed man in the land of the blind. Actually, they are more like the one-eyed man in the land of the sighted. They think they see what no-one else has seen. What they actually see is what everyone else has already seen...and understood.

Hardly drunk on knowledge since he seems baffled by the fact that the moon seems to be rotating and that it can be up in the daytime.

Up in Daytime does not mean visible, are you living on this "planet" since 5 years only? And about its rotating...

Anyway yes I know, I'm 'drunk'.

If the sky is clear and the moon isn't too close to it's new moon phase it's perfectly visible in the daytime.

It's been rotating from our point of view for as long as the Earth has spun around its axis.

No dude, I'm trying to teach you very old science.

People who have been looking at the moon have known for thousands of years that it appears to be rotating from rise to set and that it's visible in the daytime when its orbit has it up during the day.
