I just put a wallet address from an exchange i use Getting about 30,000 satoshis a week here. Only takes seconds each hour when you remember. Their auto withdrawls deposit in your wallet each monday. Something's wrong with the site at the moment ... not giving a code to enter - but the "roll" button is still there. I think all the captchas were down. I also have a running theory that on Sunday if you gamble them they lose no matter what. |

I'm guessing they were trying to get down to that buy wall at 700 (on bitstamp) and then buy back in to the people who joined in panic selling. If you watch the sell orders as they pop up, its blatantly obvious what's going on. After finally getting approved on coinbase (after dragging my feet for a while lol), I waited until it dipped to $790 and then officially pulled the trigger and joined the 1 bitcoin club. Price very briefly touched $775 after that, but it was only for minutes as the manipulators tried to drive it down with a couple large dumps, and it has since gone back up to $838 as of right now as it looks like they've given up as no one was biting on the panic sell. I wouldn't be shocked to see another slow climb over the next week or two (similar to the last 10 or so days of December) to $1,000ish (around $1,100 on mtgox) where there is some serious resistance. Who knows if we break through that, but for the short term I think the bulls are giving up. Then again, seeing as I just made my first bitcoin purchase today, I could be completely wrong lol. But it's fun to speculate. It was the FBI according to the scuttlebutt on the cryptoforums. Keep your eye on Infinitecoin. Up something like 100% in 3 days. |

Bitcoin is nothing right now - only $11 billion. There's many snack food companies with more assets and equity than that. Many digital coin holders think their coins will replace Fiat but I doubt it. The way I see it - digital currencies are just more efficient and less invasive money transfers and there is a market value behind that. |
