That was beautiful Gracebear. I love Grace. I wish I had been taught more of it, but I was taught guilt, fear and shame. Your way of thinking is so refreshing and I would probably get more friendship with Lord Jesus if I could think like you do. I'm pretty damaged.

Baby, you may be damaged, but He can't fill you up completely until you are DEAD! Do you hear what I'm sayin, sister? Perfect love (and dear sister I assure you His love IS perfect) CASTETH OUT FEAR! It casts it out! Right out! There's no place for fear to go when you completely and utterly surrender yourself to Yahushua, Holy Christ because His Perfect Love and the fear instilled by the Accuser's Voice are like water and oil!

I love Grace too. So much so I've assumed the identify since it's just a lifestyle that I grow in.
Yeah, you were taught wrong just like I was.
There are two sides to the coin. Unfortunately, a alot of churches are teaching the "outdated" side.

One side, you have a saved believer trying to please God based on his own merits by trying to meet God's standards and expectations. Trying to perform based on there own ability. Falling into sin, feeling condemned, forgetting they are righteous by faith, and trying to get right with God by going through the cycle.

On the other side, Grace steps in. Under Grace, there is an exchange that takes place just like you read in my original post hf.
Now rather than me trying to perform, Christ is in me producing fruits of the spirit. I stumble and sin, he picks me back up and reminds me I am still righteous then I receive the gift of no condemnation. I continue to walk with Him and move on. The gift of no condemnation empowers me to go and sin no more.

For You BunBun

I am speechless. hf I just want to share my thoughts and get the gospel out to people.
I didn't always believe this way. For a good portion of my life I was under the law and thought God was upset with me. I didn't even know if I was really saved or not because I had people telling me different things I needed to do.

Really glad you were blessed by my post! Please stay in touch hf Make an account :)

You are on the RIGHT TRACK, my friend!

Want to know why I say that?

Because you found the keys to the kingdom!

I doubt I have to tell you just how much Jesus loves you and how much the kingdom rejoices over your renewal.

The Awakening is coming, my friend! The Spirit is moving over the Waters of this great Spiritual Flood of Darkness that has shattered the power of God's Holy People.

The Power of God is bursting out across the land through every nook, every cranny, every crevice like cracks in a wall of darkness.

It's time to stop being basketheaded Christians! Remember that what God loves most is our hearts! What God KNOWS is our HEARTS! His law is written on our Hearts!

The mind of Christ is a heart-mind, friends! We have to turn our thinking upside down. You know why? Because the world's upside down! It's being said in a million different ways by billions of people, so let's hear the ones who say they've got an answer!

I hadn't seen a good solid Christian for a long time. Allow me to elaborate on this to clarify what I mean.

I had seen some good solid Christians, but I didn't recognize them. Todd's voice carried so deeply into the recesses of my heart that it gave me the mustard seed I needed to burst the thickly coated layers of filth covering my heart, my HEART! The LIFE OF MY WILL, GUYS! That's what your heart is to God, friends! Look for the Fruit of the Spirit in your own life and take Joy in the Spirit's manifestation! You'll recognize the Spirit's manifestation because it will feel like JOY!

JOY!

JOY AND SHAME ARE LIKE OIL AND WATER, GUYS!

Now let's get in this together, everyone. If you don't know Jesus, pray to him right now! Use your heart! Cry out to him for anything and everything!
The guy who really handed me the keys was Todd White. Everyone whose interested in the Pure Holy Fire Gospel of Godly Love check out The Todd White Archive on YouTube.

I saw Todd's episode on Sid Roth's It's Supernatural during a very dark time in my spiritual journey and didn't quite know what to think of it. Well once I started listening to Todd preach I had to keep coming back for more and every single thing I've heard him say breaths the Truth, Love, and Light of Yeshua's Divine Holy Spirit into my heart.

The passionate heartcry of Love will not be suppressed and the Assassins of Shame will be repelled with impunity from Our Father Yahweh's Holy Firestorm of Love and Purity!

Cry out to Him for the sake of the World! We need a Gentle, Gracious Ruler like Him!

He lives inside each of us. He's buried more deeply in some than in others. Look for the Silhouette of the Goodness that you have seen missing in the world since the beginning of your consciousness.

And don't you dare say that His Gentleness, and His Goodness are not manifestations of His Great Infinite Power!

Don't you know that it is the weaker spirit who compels by force? The tempter, the liar, the deceiver, the tricker, the trapper, the STRANGER's VOICE, the THUMPED, the DEFEATED, THE SLAIN, the Seemingly Undefeatable Evil Angel of Great Infectious Darkness Who Turns Into a Baby at the Foot of the Cross of Jesus Christ, the Holy One of Israel. Praise Him forever and ever and if that sounds like hell to you cry out to him to deliver you from hell because it WILL get better and better as we realize the fullness of God's grace, mercy, and harmony throughout eternity.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 52312629

This way it will be easier for everyone to read. God has really put it on my heart that this message needs to get out there however it has to be said. We've got to stop living with the Accuser guys. The ministry of Jesus Christ is no a ministry of condemnation, it is a ministry of everlasting grace, incomprehensible glory, and peace that surpasses all understanding.

Re: What does a gift from Jesus Christ look like?
Surrender to "Yehushua", and Jesus will be saddened.

Jesus Came To Do HIS Father's Will.
In the garden HE even Asked Father for "another way" and that the cup be taken from HIM...

Laodiceans have no perspective Of The Father...
Ain't no way your carnal-heart can overcome "fear" or any other manifestation of carnality. Only The Father Can Deliver you from your carnal-heart.

Jesus IS ALL ABOUT HIS Father!
"...No man Cometh Unto The Father But BY ME", Sayeth The Lord in John 14:6.

What, none of you read the Scripture posted?
I realize you are not willing to open your heart to God, but maybe ponder The Word Given By Christ Jesus for a moment or two???

Here is one of Christ's Biggest Gifts to you.
A warning or advisement...

You think/believe you are HIS? Because you call HIM Yehushua or Yeshua, or Yeshua Hamashiach?

Does HE even KNOW you?

Here and in at least 7 other Gospel Witnesses, HE Tells YOU who HE KNOWS....

HE ONLY KNOWS those Who Do The Will Of HIS Father Which Art In Heaven. HIS mother, brothers/sisters are those Who DO The Will OF HIS Father.

Unless you are Born-Again, per Ezekiel 36:26 you have not Been Given "A New Heart" Of Father's Flesh.
Until Born-Again, you have not Been Enabled To KNOW and DO Father's Will....

"Marvel not that I say unto you, YE ***M U S T*** BE Born-Again" John 3:7.

There is NO OTHER Scripture where Jesus Witnesses anything that we MUST Do... Only that (if we would be HIS, we MUST Be Born-Again)!

Here is the Gift I refer to.
HE Tells you here that even if you believe you are HIS, and even IF You Have Done miracles, prophecies, and/or cast-out demons; IF you haven't Been Born-Again, HE Will Reject You!

You are told/informed in no uncertain terms.
Believe what you want, but only KNOWING HIM and The Father Matters...

From Matt ch 7:
21. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
***but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.***

22. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

You are a "worker of iniquity" (self/carnal-heart), until The Father Gives you HIS Born-Again Heart, HIS Wedding Garment... Or didn't you read the Parable from Matt ch 22 posted on page 2???

Hi

Anyone who considers Brightstarz a true Christian and gives him green karma may want to reconsider.

Brightstarz was formerly “FIREMAN” until he was banned for inappropriate and disturbing threads about women.

Yesterday in this thread -
Thread: Florida Man Caught Doing His Roommate's Dog (Page 5)

Brightstarz (AKA FIREMAN) admitted he was the banned poster called FIREMAN.

FIREMAN (AKA Brightstarz) was banned for inappropriate comments about women and was then reported as Brightstarz for further inappropriate comments about God and deviant sexual practices (Brightstarz 11/15/2013 Abusive post). Pretending to be a woman may give you a clue to his disturbing post.

He has fooled you all with false contrition but God has revealed the truth
You should not be giving karma to this man unless it is red.

Thank you for reading, from a TRUE follower of God.

Man, if you disagree with something I said you better make yourself clear. You're repeating yourself and vainly repeating John 14:6. Are you trying to misrepresent the oneness of Christ and the Father? Don't you know that Jesus said that no one comes unto him but by the Father and that no one comes unto the Father but by him? Don't you know that He is in the Father and the Father is in Him?

Now maybe you do agree with everything I said, but if we have a misunderstanding, I would rather you address me directly instead of creating SCHISMS over which translation of the name of Christ we use.

Re: What does a gift from Jesus Christ look like?
My mother was a Sunday School and Junior Church teacher and my dad was really a rageaholic abuser.

Mom took us to church because dad wouldn't get up and go ever. We were American Independant Baptists and they taught that we were sinners and very evil. That even the best things we could do were as dirty rags. The intent was to get the children to know that they were sinners and get them to pray and ask Jesus into their hearts as quickly as possible. That was their goal.

But for me this was coupled with my dad forcing me to stand in the living room for hours while he told me how worthless I was and screamed obscenities at me and why I couldn't do anything right.

I was punished and shamed at church and threatened with spanking in public where every adult would know that I was bad. I was shamed for being hyper active because they believed that at 3 years old, you should be mature enough to leave the nursury and sit in the pews with the adults quietly, but I was hyper and couldn't sit still and quiet enough.

Mom is nice and sweet and she has gotten many children to ask Jesus into their hearts over the years, but I have no idea if those children really understand. Some of them probably did, but I'm not entirely sure. She's strange and I don't entirely trust her because she would allow dad to abuse us and she wouldn't get involved because she didn't want him to turn on her.

I heard about grace preaching from Les Feldick and I really like it. It is more about love

Coming out of something like that BunBun I would say it is a miracle you didn't turn your back from the faith completely. There is a measure of grace to be found just in your commitment.

I absolutely love Les Feldick when I first saw him his teachings were unlike any I had ever saw before. I would like to recommend another teacher to you by the name of Ravvi Zacharius. Sometimes grace can be found through empowerment because it gives us the wherewithall to stand firm and actually start looking for grace in situations where most cannot see it. This is the gift that Ravvi gave me once I studied his teachings. I do not think it is just something you find along the way it is a gift given to be able to see the light within the darkness and the beauty and love in others no matter how much they attempt to dim there own lights outside of our beliefs.

 Quoting: BunBun

verysad That was a totally misrepresentation of Christ. I am grieved you had to experience that.
I know the intent was well, but that's a rough childhood.

I'm glad you are your own person and didn't fall into those same patterns.

Yes, it's all about love. I can boldly say I know who and what I believe in.
Keep your mother in prayers so he can come to the revelation of Grace.
Oh, I've never heard of him. I came to it by Pastor Joseph Prince.

I had been raised in a private christian school, focused on no make up, no jewelry, etc. My parents kept a strong presence of God in the home.
I never really had the connection other than what was tradition.
Around 16, I wasn't sure what I believed in or if I was saved.
I kind of figured well maybe I can do without God. So, I did my own research in other religions to see other "gods" other than the God of the Bible.
Wasn't much there for me.
Visiting churches didn't work out for me because I always felt I could never make God happy enough or pleased enough.

Started flipping through the Christian channel then I started hearing the Gospel of Grace. I tried to tell my parents, but they were telling me it was just a prosperity gospel and to "watch out". .. Years later we are all on the same page and living by his grace hf

Glad to hear you found the keys to the kingdom, but please do not suggest that it is not something meant for everyone. It's only a matter of time now, the Holy Fire is being kindled because God's people are stirring again. Thank God constantly for the wondrous peace that he bestows on us and watch it grow and grow and GROW! How can peace grow? Joy! And only the Joy of a seemless walk with the Holy Ghost can bring a growing peace that glows forevermore.

Re: What does a gift from Jesus Christ look like?
When I was 2, I was in the nursury. I had problems with my older sister who was really angry because of the abuse from our dad and who took her anger out on me. She wouldn't share her toys with me and would hurt me if I tried to take them. She was mean and called me stupid and I was very frustrated because mom would never do anything to stop her either. She was really good, though cause she would hurt me when mom wasn't in the room.

I was playing with something and there was another child who had this toy and I wanted to see it. I went and tried to take it and that kid was older than me and he started accusing me. I didn't have very good language skills, so I became very frustrated and I was already frustrated because it reminded me of Stephanie and her behavior, so I hit the kid.

The nursury worker was an middle age woman and she and another woman and my mother took me to the back room where the cribs were and they put me in the crib. Then the women started yelling and my mother was trying to get them to leave me alone, but the other two women wanted to punish me. I was scared and upset so I asked for a cookie out of the cookie jar to get out of trouble. I was desperate. They gave me a cookie, but it was stale and I was upset so I couldn't eat it. Then the women said, you asked for a cookie, but you didn't want a cookie. That means you have lied and so now you have sinned.

I knew what that meant. It meant that I would go to hell and I looked down in the crib said inside myself to the person that I talked to all the time, "Is that true? Did I sin?" and they said, "Yes". I sat down hard in the crib and knew I had fallen from grace for good. The women kept talking angry, but I quit hearing them. They were going to leave me in that crib in the dark room to punish me. The person that I talked to knew I was afraid of the dark and I though there were demonic entities that would attack me. He told me to lie down and face the wall and He would watch my back. I did that and fell asleep.

The next thing I know, there is noise and I wake up. It's strange when you are at that age where your head is large compared to your body so I had to push hard to get up.

That's how I sinned for the first time and that's how I ended up knowing that I was in trouble. They wanted you to know that you were a sinner and that you were going to hell if you didn't ask Jesus into your heart. They believed once saved, always saved, so they didn't care if you understood grace or not. The goal was to get the kids to say the prayer and ask Jesus into their heart so that they would be "safe". It was desperate and they did much evil to children while they were at it, but the men never stopped them nor protected us children. We were the domain of the women and even the preacher was teaching legalism and that you had to do this and that or you weren't pleasing to God and were steeped in sin and in trouble.

I asked Jesus into my heart because He came to me on the steps of my grandmother's basement and asked me if I wanted to ask Him into my heart and I said Yes. So I told Him that I didn't think the women would let me because they would say I wasn't old enough, but He told me to ask them anyways. I couldn't see Him, I could only hear Him. So I did ask and I was allowed to say the Prayer and ask Jesus into my heart. I was really surprised cause I thought they wouldn't let me cause I was only 5 or 6.

They shouldn't allow mother to teach young children. It's not safe because she can't help herself. She was taught with shame and guilt and punishment and that is how she will teach the children. I don't teach because she would never have allowed me to teach and she wouldn't teach me to teach because she thought it was her domain. But, people shouldn't allow her to do it. But people see her as a good christian woman and they don't know anything about the woman who allowed her children to be broken down military style while she said nothing in order to save herself. But I know that. She will beat a child with a belt because she thinks that if you don't get the fear into them, you will ruin them.

I say too many things wrong and I don't do the things that I am expected to do. That is why I am so messed up. I'm not pleasing. I'm defensive in all things all the time. You can't reason with me to stop it and I can't stop it. It's the way I was from early childhood.

Are you saying this to separate Jesus from the Father who gives everything life? Jesus is the Father in the flesh, he is the life, he is the Holy Fire that burns away decay, my brother! He and the Comforter, the Blue Crystal Holy Fire of Heaven are One! Burn burn burn with joy! The wicked burn hot while the righteous are lukewarm and heavy laden. Your burdens are chaff to the Holy Fire of Heaven! I will pray for his cleansing breath to regenerate your spirit and beseech Our Holy Father to fulfill his promise to all the poor in spirit that is now finished with the Mighty Victory of His crucifixion.

Matthew 5:2-3

"And he opened his mouth and taught them, saying: Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

Lord, I beseech thee now to visit your power upon the hearts of the poor in spirit AGAIN so that they may believe and fulfill your sweet, beautiful promise.

And remember folks, the walk is liking rowing a boat, where every stroke is a praise of thanks to God the Creator, the Life-Bringer the Mighty All-Powerful One!

NVM I see it. Let me clarify-I think like all gifts you have to walk in the spirit in order to be granted them. I see grace as a gift and I think grace is found through empowerment(only one of the ways it is found) because it is you reading the word and it coming alive to you and is then manifested in your actions. It is the giving/gift of wisdom that helps you to understand why we believe what we do and stand firm in it when other begin to waver. That is the gift of scripture when it becomes not just words on a page but you watch it like a fairytale become alive and life giving. Everything works together-grace, humbleness, wisdom etc. As humans while our cup will be filled to overflowing each one is not filled the same way over time. Our journeys are unique and fitted, taylored, to a specific purpose in the kingdom.
