Fried Kale.......Dont eat those nasty ass greasy potato chips. Shake some kale in olive oil, put on a bake tray and bake them around 400 give or take.....be careful they burn easy. Add some salt.....easy on the salt......

I like it chopped and sauteed in olive oil with onion, a few cloves of garlic, a can of cannelli beans(drained), salt & pepper. Top it off with a Tablespoon or two of Red Wine vinegar.
Excellent survivor food.
