POTATOES HAMBURGERS:
1 kg cooked potatoes
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
bread crumbs for coating
oil for frying
2 spoons chopped fresh dill or green parsley or both (optional)
- Mash cooked potatoes with masher or fork. Add eggs, flour, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Form hamburgers, coat in bread crumbs and fry on both sides in oil.
You may use for this receipt left over potatoes from the day before. They can be eaten as they are or with sour cream or any gravy on the top, with salad on the side, with fried eggs or few slices of fried smoke bacon. As someone posted on this thread previously, "use your imagination".
