Creamy Chicken Lasagna
12 Lasagna noodles
1/3 cup milk
2 cans ( 10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
½ teaspoon dried basil leaves...I use a generous amount of the freeze dried basil when I have it.
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 12oz container small curd cottage cheese
3 cups cooked diced chicken
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

spray bottom of 13 x 9 glass baking dish
cook and drain Lasagna noodles as directed on pckg
In bowl, mix soup, basil, pepper and milk
place 4 noodles on bottom of baking dish, top with 1 cup of soup mixture, ½ the cottage cheese, 1 ½ cups chicken 2/3 cup mozzarella, 1/3 cup of cheddar. Repeat layer once.
Place 4 remaining noodles on top with remaining soup mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 350 for about 50 min. let stand 15 min. before cutting

This is a family favorite that takes to work well the next day. Also freezes well but needs to be defrosted before cooking or the cheese burns.
