I had some leftover sausage and some hamburger that I didn't want to go to waste. So, I made a small meatloaf mixture from the hamburger, sausage, onion, carrot, bread croutons, egg, and milk. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut a large acorn squash in half and heaped the meatloaf into the squash nice and very full. Made a glaze from ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce - put all over the squash/meatloaf, and baked at 350 for about an hour and a half. YUM
