ANOTHER VERSION OF EGG PATE:

10 hard boiled egg
1 raw egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs
7 Tbsp. 18% sour cream
3 Tbsp. each; canned green peas, fresh dill, green parsley and green onions
salt and pepper

2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. yellow cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

- Spread with margarine and sprinkle with bread crumbs loaf baking dish
- Chop boiled eggs, dill, green parsley, green onions and mix together with green peas, sour cream, bread crumbs, raw egg yolk and add salt/pepper to taste
- Beat egg white with a dash of salt until fluffy and fold delicately into the egg mixture
- Pour the egg mixture into baking dish and sprinkle the top with bread crumbs, shredded cheese and melted butter or margarine
- Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes
