One of the "suspects"s serving 16 years to life so apparently there was sufficient "proof" for a jury to convict him in a court of law.
Prosecutors have a lot of evidence including the testimony of one of the "suspects" against another.

All future posts claiming this to be old news when the trial is underway even as we speak will be deleted.. I'm a little confused Blue. you said that one of the suspects is serving 16 to life. How is that possible? They are being tried separately. One trial is evidently complete and the second one started. .
