They're pretty safe from other inmates in county jail while their trial is going on (unless a correctional offices messes up). They are probably ad-seg - housed in their own cell & no contact with other inmates. It's when they get to state prison they might have problems even if they are under administrative segregation. It's in the state prisons that the "professionals" may get them eventually. And you can bet your rear end that the guys at all the state prisons already know they are coming and they will know exactly where right after sentencing. They will be waiting for them. The networking in the prisons is unbelievable.
