In court...as I expected.. the government tried to make the case that I had mental issues... and asked the court to require that I be made to wear a Goddamn ankle monitoring bracelet!!!! You know you are making the government crooks nervous when they start saying you are mental...

Put another way... when you catch the government doing crimes against you they are forced to do one of two things...either they claim you are dangerous...and need to be locked up...

or they say I am sorry... we were bad and wrong... here is some money to compensate you and your family for the horrible things we did...

My court case is a simple misdemeanor... the "victim" whom I dated in a committed relationship turned out to be a federal snitch... and her son-in-law is a currently sitting elected official at the State Level... so... as you may be able to guess... I have problems...

Did you know there is a hidden back-up power source in your phone?

It can hold out for quite a few minutes, time dependent on what functions are being accessed.

You can still be tracked, photographed and eavesdropped upon, as well as have your data searched and downloaded, all with the battery removed.

At least until the back-up dies.

If you want to stay untraceable, buy one of those "disposable" phones...with cash...along with minutes cards...with cash. Every city has ghetto corner stores that sell these, as they are a favorite of drug dealers.

They buy new phones every few days, so no one can get a "lock" on who owns the phone. They also move around the hood quite a bit, staying at apartments all over the place.

Still not untraceable, but you would make them work to find out who you are and where you are that day.

Alternatively build a Farrday cage/box for your cell phone and keep it in your car. It can be as small as you want it to be. Your cell phone will NOT get any reception or incoming calls while you have it in the cage. It is effectively "dead".

As soon as you take it out of the cage, your phone will go "live". So you can pick and choose where and when you want to activate your phone.

OK...so within the last few months give or take a few..people have noticed they've gone though cities and more rural area's and put boxes on the bottom of these boxes there's a green light (right now anyhow) on them, they're all over the place, on the power poles, maybe a few or several miles apart from each other..when asked about what these things are, by more than one person, they were all told this was some sort of box for the 'cable company'.. no one believes that though.

Some have speculated that they could be camera's..whatever they are, they've never been installed or anything like them until the last 6 months or so.. got a picture of one somewhere..

You got some new fancy smart appliance for the wife or maybe a smart 3D tv for the kids or maybe that Xbox4 or that new car with all kinds of safety options and a nice new cellphone and tablet and google glasses and that wifi camera and that computer with windows 8 or some kinda wifi router all on the blazingly fast cable line or a smart water meter or smart gas meter.

That smart appliance does the same thing with residual capacitive charge to power a micro transmitter that a satellite can detect and zoom in on.

Word to the uninitiated with regards to the smart meter. Complaining does no good..trust me on this one. I just moved to another state because of it. Instead of protesting and complaining, you must take action. Make the rule makers feel threatened. They walk amongst us with no regard to how their actions affect us all. Oh the good ole days when the towns people would tar and feather the politicians. Good times.

You have to make up scenarios that are out there or sound illegal then put them on the web or over the phone.Get a friend to work with you on some "drug deal",talk about it over the phone,make up a drop location and a time then head to said location and see who shows up. Take there picture license # and relay that info on craigslist. Do that a couple of times. You have to bog the system down to where its pointless to track you.
