I used to smoke everyday and then it was like I became allergic to it all the sudden. Something has changed with it. My guess is a genetic variant has finally saturated the natural genome and this the government is ready to open the flood gates on the stuff. Use with caution people. There's something fishy going on. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 46808465 there always is when things appear to be opening up and/or flowing smoothly for the order of chaos is chaos and nothing but... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 49531429 United States 01/24/2014 03:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The hidden agenda here is that the left sees that the majority of people support legalization, so they've made it their issue. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12655021 It's also because this is an untapped industry that can serve as a viable source of economic growth and increased tax revenues at the state level at a time of otherwise economic uncertainty and stagnation. Basically this was a card that had yet to be played. Soon they will run out of cards to play as nothing will stop the process of economic ruin that we are traveling down. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 12655021 United States 01/24/2014 03:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have a relative who lives in a medical state and has not forfeited his 2nd amendement right due to having medical access. Where are the reports of all these individuals who already own firearms and have medical access now having their 2nd amendement right revoked? Why does the questionaire on the permit application specifically inquire about 'addiction' as opposed to simply usage? Quoting: ANHEDONIC exactly, I know a lot of people that have the MMJ cards and they buy guns without issue. This is just another attempt by the prison shills to make us afraid of using natural medicine. And anyway, in CO and WA it is completely legal, no need for a MMJ card. |

However I would imagine if all these medical card holders in the various states were being forced to turn in their firearms and forfeit their 2nd amendement right, then there would be a firestorm/frenzy created at the state level and we would have caught wind of this via local media coverage & constitutional/legal challenges being waged by the NRA. |

This is not the case as there are literally hundreds if not thousands of strains, created by growers the world over. i suspect the allergic AC to be a government shill I suspect the AC doesn't realize that you can become allergic to things you never were allergic to in the past. This news looks like another money-grab to me. All the easier to seize the funds. |

The 'War on Drugs' seems like it was Nixon basically saying 'we're at war, here's your drugs'. Now isn't the time for people to have their judgement and physical needs clouded by a mind altering substance. We need more people getting active and upset. Not more people getting stoned and letting everything fall into place around them... Just my opinion. |

Quoting: Oyster All the better to control them and better track what they make. IF it were me, I'd just deal in all cash. They can track the hugest avalanche of sales of any substance on earth that is coming. Go right ahead. They can track it all, you wont be singled out because it will be everyone. Track that shit all you want bitches. The people will speak. |
Chrit User ID: 51395437 United States 01/24/2014 04:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | BTW this whole thing OP posted is a trap to seize money and monitor cash flow. Quoting: Chrit Remember if you smoke pot you have no second amendment rights, next they will pass it on to alcohol. that's nonsense Already held up in court. If someone in your house has the card and lives with you, you also surrender your rights. If they repeal the law and you had a card in the past you still so far gave your rights up for life. So now what will happen is a physical record to track people through bank transactions. You been set up. no, it hasn't. having a card does not give up your rights, stop that nonsense. Post the actual law, or STFU. you can still buy with cash or bitcoin, no tracking needed. compare that with GOING TO JAIL, and maybe even getting a felony (like in Texas) and never getting to own a gun after that, either. To lazy to do your own foot work? By luck I have it memorized. 18 U.S.C. § 922 : US Code - Section 922: Unlawful acts- 923(g)3 Snip; ) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person (3) is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802) [link to codes.lp.findlaw.com] It's never been struck down in court for any reason, they always win. quote; there are no exceptions in federal law for marijuana PDF of the official letter from the B.A.T.F.E; [link to www.mpp.org] People have no clue how big the set up is. Last Edited by Chrit on 01/24/2014 04:43 PM I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw. We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three. |

In Colorado the medical dispensaries were operating under a '70-30' law that required them to grow/cultivate at least 70% of their own supply/product and the other 30% could be purchased from other dispensaries.... Not sure what, if anything, has changed with regards to the new law that permits the sale of legal cannabis at select dispensaries. |
