Sandy Hook: Halstead states she heard gunshots from outside; saw male entering school

Why can we not get what they said as witnesses under oath in a court room.

Because no one is going to listen, no matter how many inconsistencies we find no one is willing to believe that this didn't happen.

These statements are under oath.

One star for the first police report indicating someone saw a shooter actually entering the school?

"entering the school" is a far cry from blasting their way in through a window don't you think?

Definitely agree! Sounds like he/they just waltzed right in.

Most of the quotes you have dug up the teachers in the school seem to have a calm demeanor.

Agree - especially taking into consideration Ms. Halstead's wording, "...heard shots from outside."

Almost sounds like he shot at stuff outside, and then just came in the front door. Halstead, in the 911 call, also said, "I think there's someone shooting in here." I don't think you'd say that if the guy shot his way into the school right before your eyes.

Actually wheat it sounds even more like, is that she heard noises outside which she wan't sure about, then someone entered the building, and then they started running and shooting. It doesn't sound like they shot their way in, and she might understandably not realize the noises she heard outside were gunshots until she puts it together (as he starts shooting in side the building.)

Wouldn't you really say "Because they just shot a hole in the school and ran through it" or something, when answering Bob's question?

It really, really sounds like someone inside started shooting after already being inside--whether they were inside after simply walking in the front door, or because they'd already walked in the front door earlier (or even been let in).

Exactly. Surely, even if Halstead couldn't see the front doors from her desk, she would have heard the shooting of the glass. Yet she makes no mention of this in her call.

Are we quickly coming to the realization that the front doors were NOT locked?

I've found at least several mentions in the police reports now to officers who said they entered via the doors, or heard someone come in the doors.

If we're going to posit a coordinated start time, what time would that be?

9:34 a.m., or so?

What would be the significance of the date 12/14/12 and a start time between 9:32-9:35 a.m.?

Anniversaries can be very important to people, right down to the minute.

Also have to keep in mind that it may have started more like 9:15 a.m.

All you'd have to do to adjust that reality is back-time every call until Barbara Halstead's.

Sorry - that would be forward-time. I.e. Manfredonia's (?) from dumpster was really at, say, 9:20, not 9:36 or whatever.

Sadly, the gunshots are immensely valuable in lining up the calls; if in fact a discrepancy is discovered, an entire batch of calls will be able to be adjusted to reflect their real time.

Hofbauer stated that he found Halstead and Cox in the closet. Halstead told him that she saw the shooter walk up to the school and start shooting. THIS CONTRADICTS HER OWN SWORN STATEMENTS HOWEVER!

In her own statements she said that she heard glass crashing and didn't think much of it and was going to call the janitor. Then she heard it again and looked up and saw the shooter standing in the lobby.

In her other statement she heard a pop and looked up IMMEDIATELY and saw the shooter in the hallway. She also asserted that she did not turn on the PA which means the shooter turned on the PA and how did he know how to do that ?

Remember in early reports Tony Aiello stated that the shooter was buzzed in because he was recognized as the son of a colleague. I believe Halstead buzzed him in. That would also be consistent with the shooter knowing how to turn on the PA system.

Also remember her 911 call. She said that she thinks there is someone shooting and that she caught a "glimpse" of him running down the hall with a gun. THAT IS A FAR CRY FROM THE STORY SHE TOLD THE POLICE!

I truly believe that she buzzed in the shooter and is overwhelmed with guilt. She knows who he is, she allowed him into the building to slaughter those victims and she is lying to cover for him.

If you are unfamiliar here is the Scott Vollmer theory. He may have been the second shooter suspect that they released without any explanation.

Another report said it was Dawn Hochsprung who recognized him as the son of a colleagues and buzzed him in.

I agree that Ms. Halstaed is a likely candidate for having the responsibility that morning, though, with so many parents coming for gingerbread events, and with Ms. Hochsprung tied up in a 9:30 meeting. It doesn't seem logical that on that morning, Hochsprung would have been the one doing the buzzing, at least not after 9:30 a.m.

But I don't think the issue is likely to turn out to be one of buzzing in - I doubt at this point that the doors were even locked.

Take everything you said here and add this scenario. That school had already been closed previous to the shooting.

This whole thing was made up as a pretext to create more gun laws and create FEAR nationwide, as these demons feed on your fear.

One big phony story, full of holes, because the writers of the script are stupid. Freemasons are all over this and so is the name Bloomberg. These people are not good actors.

Some of these people were sacrificed to add a dash of truth but the names were changed to protect the guilty.

Don't be in fear of these devils. Keep God in your heart and request his protection and he will grant it if your heart is absent of evil.

It sure looks as if the glass was shot out from the inside. Not sure why anyone would do that; but there seem to be bullets and bullet holes in Rick's hall, if I'm remembering correctly from the photos. I always assumed that the glass may have gotten shot incidentally as shooters were running around through the halls, same as the ceilings and other potential ricochet shots (or just plain bad shots).

Still also possible that the shooter who was outside (I still think at least two started inside) shot his way in, but Halstead doesn't mention it; perhaps there were two guys outside, and the second shot the glass after the first guy entered (and after someone was already running and shooting in the hall).

I think, too, that the glass looks like it was shot with a shotgun, not a handgun or .223. See the bullet holes in the classroom windows for comparison (small, neat holes).

Someone could have stood there and "fired eight shots" as claimed, but if they'd really done that, that furniture would be torn to hell (and probably moved back several feet). Really looks like a shotgun to me.
