Stop the Asian Carp from Entering the Great Lakes

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released a study about preventing the spread of Asian carp between the Mississippi River and Great Lakes. The report offers various alternatives, but it doesn’t make any definitive recommendation of action. Every day that we are not working on the solution, the Asian carp are getting closer to the Great Lakes.
