An Ohio state trooper who watched porn and masturbated with a young boy to teach him about sex will not be charged with any offense.

State trooper Ricky Vitte Jr. will go entirely unpunished and remain in his $83,000-a-year job despite reportedly confessing to carrying out the sick sex act twice with the pre-teen five years ago.
