Why has he been arrested? Will he face the death penalty? What about peanut butter - does he get access? Someone provide a link.

From what I have been able to find out, this is a lawful government of Texas and some sort of battle is going on , initiated by the town of erving .

ED: I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO MY REGULAR WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEETING IN ARLINGTON, BUT A LOT OF FUNNY THINGS HAPPENED ON THE WAY. I HAD SEEN A CAR PARKED DOWN THE STREET AND NOT WANTING TO GET CAUGHT AGAIN AND HAVE THE CAR TOWED AND HAVING TO PAY TO GET IT OUT, I ASK POOR LARRY EGEMO TO COME BY AND PICK ME UP. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT WE WERE THE ELKIDA FROM IRAQ. WE GOT ALMOST OUT OF THE IRVING CITY LIMITS ON 187 WHEN ABOUT 10 TO 15 CARS WITH LIGHTS FLASHING AND SIRENS GOING PULLED LARRY OVER. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT WE HAD JUST ROBBED A TRAIN OR BANK. MEN BEHIND THEIR CARS, SCREAMING AND THREATING US AS TO HOW TO GET OUT OF THE CAR. LARRY FIRST, THEN HIS SON AND THEN ME. I KNEW THEY WERE AFTER ME AND WHEN THEY HAD SECURED ME, THE ARRESTING OFFICER NODDED HIS HEAD AND THEY THEN LET LARRY AND HIS SON GO. THEY WERE NICE TO ME AND PUT ME INTO A CAR WHERE THE HANDCUFFS FIT INTO A LITTLE PLACE BEHIND ME AND DID NOT HURT AS MUCH. THEY CARRIED ME TO IRVING, DOWNTOWN (I THINK TO KEEP ME FROM GOING TO THE MEETING FOR I BELIEVE WE HAVE HIT THE BUTTON ON THE HEAD WITH THE BANKRUPTCY AND FILLING ON THE LABOR LIEN. IRVING HAS A VERY NICE JAIL (IF ONE CAN BE SO TERMED). I WAS BOOKED IN VERY EASILY, TELLING THEM THAT WITHOUT COUNCIL, I COULD NOT MAKE A LEGAL DETERMINATION ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE ASKING. I ASK THE ARRESTING OFFICER A QUESTION AND HE SAID THAT I WAS NOT TO ASK HIM ANYTHING, HE WOULD DO THE ASKING. ALL PAPERS THAT I SIGNED WERE SIGNED NON ASSUMPSIT BY Alva Rice, McLeod. The Lord took care of everything. All the people calling in ran the people in the jail nuts. They came in about 5:30 and told me to give them their clothes and shoes back and they gave me my clothes back and had me sign the same three tickets again that I would come into their court. I signed them NonAssumpit By Alva Rice, McLeod and will this time use the new documents on them. I live about 3 miles from the jail and walked all the way home, (I needed the exercise). Thank all the people, the Lord used them to shake the foundation of Irving and once again proved to me that HE was in the jail with me and he takes care of all things.
