Art Bell had someone call in a couple of weeks ago on the "Open Lines" hour about this and Art said that he would check it out and let us all know what he found.

The story and link was what he found out. I cannot find another link however about it but there was a few people that did call in on the "International Line" and said that they had heard about it a long time ago.
