*BEWARE* Telemarketers and others have new software that cloaks a private citizens number that has been disconnected

Over the last few days I have had a few calls from telemarketers that I cant stand. I hang up on them and they call back under a different number but the same prefix. I spent a little time looking into these numbers and they are all numbers that have been disconnected. They were owned by private citizens before the were disconnected.

The do not call list that we funded a few years back is really working well hu ?
