The result of a church body with little or no knowledge of prophecy is an anemic and pathetic body that struggles to find hope, holiness, or power over the enemy. Their version of the Gospel has a giant chasm right through the middle of it, where their true love and desire for Jesus’ return is suspiciously abscent. For this reason alone, these various groups of “Christians” have gone astray and have adopted various false teachings. I’ll be blunt, they preach another Jesus and are lead by another spirit. They completely ignore Jesus’ commands and warnings to watch and pray for His return. They are ignorant of the times in which they are living, and as a result, are in living on the edge of great peril. The Pharisees of Old Testament days completely missed the prophecies of Jesus first coming because they were more focused on maintaining power within their religious system, just as today’s preachers and teachers are focused on their 501c3 tax exempt/corporate modeled business. since you have not quoted a single verse from the Bible to teach us what the Bible says, instead of what you think, I have my doubts about you as well. |

Many so-called Christians are missing out on huge blessings with their lack of interest in prophecy, specifically end times bible prophecy. It is our blessed hope. (Titus 2:13)Then again, I question the authenticity of most people who call themselves Christians today. It is a sign of the times we're living in, for sure. "For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear." 2 Timothy 4:3 |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44904249 I find no value in the writings of a person who claims the screen name of "Servant of the Most High" and then fails to tell us anything that God said in His Word. Why do you find value in such scribblings? |

Because it's all a personal journey between you Jesus and God. Very few "men" canead anyone to a real relationship with creation. The Christians you speak of are taught literal principles and not the real meanings. Jesus teaches the way completely for those with ears to hear and eyes to see. |

It is a great contradiction. Either you are fatalistic, and let whatever is meant to happen, happen. Or you believe we have free will and the ability to shape our own destiny. Therefore, perhaps the apocalypse should have happened before now, but through free will, it was avoided. For now. |

The bible predicted these things were going to happen near the end of time, many would depart from the faith and give heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Hence, that is a prophecy within itself that we are indeed in the last days! |

Christianity has a long, long history of only recognising the parts of the Bible that are convenient at the time..... or completely changing their stance on various aspects, when adhering strictly to the 'word' makes them look out-of-touch, or just plain stupid. |

Yes it is true, that by people rejecting prophecy, prophecy is being fulfilled. I know that in these last days very few will understand or be ready at the Lord's coming. It is just frustrating to be surrounded by such foolishness. I lament for the loss of souls. I try everyday to reach anyone who will listen. The Bible is 100% accurate, and it is being played out before our eyes. MARANATHA! Watchman73 |
