Why do you love Jesus ?

He loved me first, and is the only love that can be relied on. Taught me right from wrong. Gave me everything I have in my life. Died for me. Gave me this amazing scripture so I didn't miss out on everything I need to know.

I could never repay in anyway the gift, and it's just such a beautiful thing.

About 30 years ago I was in Japan. I was 22 years old. I felt very separated from my family and friends. I was feeling very lonely in those days especially because I knew it would be at least 9 more months before I could return home to the USA. Feeling overwhelmed by my experience I fell to the floor and cried out, "Oh, Lord, I promise I'll be good, please take away this loneliness." As I cried with my eyes shut and my face buried in my arm I could see light. I saw myself through the eyes of Jesus and felt the emotions he felt as he watched this young man cry out in prayer. The incredible compassion Jesus felt for me compelled him to descend upon me. I was actually watching myself - from above - through Jesus' eyes.

My vision was amazing to me. I got up onto my knees as Jesus [His Holy Spirit] descended upon me. I could feel this awesome life form, this very real life presence penetrate my rib cage and enter into me. I could feel the Holy Spirit taking away my terrible loneliness and replacing it with Joy. A Real JOY that had escaped my for so long. Through the presence of God infilling me I understood that Jesus loved me, my sins were forgiven, and I was filled with the Presence that brings eternal life.

This out-of-body experience changed my life forever! I understand that some of you do not understand yet that Jesus is Lord but millions of us do know him as a true friend. We have experience his love and are able to share it with whoever will listen. I hope this testimony of Jesus is a blessing to you and I also hope and pray you enjoy your day!

We revere God as Father first of all because he is the Creator and cares lovingly for his creatures. Jesus, the Son of God, has taught us, furthermore, to regard his Father as our Father and to address him as "our Father".
Several pre-Christian religions had the divine title "Father". Even before Jesus, the Israelites addressed God as their Father (Deut 32:6; Mal 2:10), realizing that he is also like a mother (Is 66:13). In human experience, father and mother stand for origin and authority, for what is protective and supportive. Jesus Christ shows us what God the Father is really like: "He who has seen me has seen the Father" (Jn 14:9). In the parable of the prodigal son, Jesus addresses the most profound human longings for a merciful father.

I love Jesus because He loves me more than anyone else ever has or possibly could.

He has only my best interest at heart.

He will never leave or forsake me.

He Never lies to me.

He Never lets me down or disappoints.

He listens to me without passing judgement.

He has promised me Eternal life.

He truly cares..

Anyone can have Him in their heart if they will but ask.

His example of perfection in the flesh. His way of teaching so that once you are ready his teachings became new revelations to be learned, understood, and applied to my daily life.

Most of all though I love how he waited patiently for me to come to trems with Him and God even through my darkest nights, he accepted me the moment I accepted him. He showed me how you and I are Christs for moments for other people. How we are "agents" of God and we go out into the world spreading the word and in over time can become More and more connected. His unconditional love has taught me much about accepting people for who and what hey are in their current path and using my own journey as an example, knowing at any moment those people can turn to the light and be "saved." The immortal soul can be salvaged through Jesus and the love I feel all around me while in deep meditation/prayer with him is the realist/rawest feeling on this planet. Nothing compares.

My dad did care for me much and when I was younger I tried everything to fill that void, but I have invested in the Love of the One Father and now well yall know

Not to invalidate anything you experienced or to judge you or anything like that. But I would change your avatar and not be deceived by it as the shroud of Turin is a 'demonic miracle' or 'lying wonder' as spoken of in the bible.

You know how I know that? Because it breaks the law of the 2nd Commandment of God. You are not to worship God through religious pictures. There is a very good reason why the disciples of Jesus never painted or kept a picture of Jesus. There is a reason why Jesus did not provide a picture of himself.

Just please, understand that and remove it immediately. It is against the second commandment!

Thank you for sharing this...I felt the Holy Ghost just reading it! Very powerful! I remember that moment of "seeing the light!" I had never imagined until that moment one could LITERALLY see the light...

Jesus was there for us before we even came into creation. He was there for us before we were born. He is here of us now. Jesus taught me what I always, deep down, knew - God loves me, God loves you. It is all about Love.

When the disciples asked Jesus what were the most important rules or commandments, this is what Jesus informed them -


Matthew 22:36-40
(NIV)

36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

The same things I love about the Easter Bunny and Santa..... they're all fictitious, yet they all make people feel good

I love Him because He created this for us to live on and loves us even though we are destroying every second of the day for moneyand that when this world is gone we get one better than this one

cos a book told me to, why else?

I love Jesus bc he showed me how to love unconditionally and who to be angry with (religious leaders) and he showed me how to treat others. Before him I was all about me.

Through our will, we choose to Obey scripture or we choose to disobey scripture.

If we ask the Holy Spirit, He will reveal to us areas of disobedience in our lives so we can repent and do what is right in the Eyes of God.

That he died for our sins...and guides those who seek

for taking me back, after having left christianity several times jesus excepted me praise his holy name.

Love is an act of will. I love that and it is completely true.

Because he endured pain, suffering, anguish, separation from God so that I may live in eternal life with the Father.

He had the choice to live fully human but chose to live his divinity. Each of us has the same choice. He has shown us the way.

Because He is the genuine God.
There are many religions being followed on this planet, generated by the devil and his minions, but what other name has there been where the followers were physically touched by God, the blind see, the lame walk, and the dead are raised.

The Creator Himself, humbled Himself and put on a tent of human flesh and walked with His people and served them.

Even as a lowly carpenter, the fierce demons in the demoniac threw themselves at his feet and said they knew who He was. Why don't we know who He is?

To the unwise who think Enki is something special, from what I can gather he is either Lucifer or a lessor commander who serves Lucifer, but when Lucifer and the Archangel Michael
contested over the dead body of Moses, a simple "THE LORD rebukes you" was sufficient to send the mighty Lucifer down the road.

Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ, Yashua HaMashiach is LORD, to the glory of God.

I would rather be a servant in heaven than a general in Hell. To walk in the light and love of the lord is my journey I gladly accept
