YES The world should stop using Nuke power, Even the Safest newest Reactors are not safe enough, you always have Spent Fuel that remains Toxic for Thousands or Millions of Years and the Risk of loss of Containment if outside power is lost to run the Control of the reactors. If left non Managed it will get many many times worse than it already is and Kill Billions of people before they would have normally died due to radiation Poisoning. Yes, this is one invastion that would be justified. A friendly invastion forcing Japan to accept assistance with the Fukushima, and also the US military should do something to protect intelligent marine life at Japan. Japan needs help.

2. The technology does not exist to clean up any nuclear waste, meltdowns, melt-throughs, oceanic releases or atmospheric dispersions. Never has, never will.

3. Russia is no model for good behavior here. In the 40s they built a replica of the Hanford uranium processing plant using prison labor and killing many people in the process. For years they dumped waste into the river system. In 1957 it exploded and the Soviets kept it secret for decades (the US gov knew and monitored it). Now they build reactors on floating platforms on the sea, so in case of meltdown all their troubles will just sink out of sight.

If it was not for Nuclear Bombs there would be NO Nuclear Power Plants.

They use the Plants (Reactors) To Enrich (breed) Fuel by making heavy Elements Heavier by using the Chain Reaction to make hot elements even hotter and heavier and much better for making small bombs with higher yields.

This Industry and the Governments that Sponsor it must come to an end while there are still people on earth.

It would be ironic that the Japanese Pilots who flew their planes into ships at pearl harbor willing to die for Japan may be facing with US Soldiers the same type of situation.

Yet a real Disaster and Event Killing Millions and Billions of people in the Coming years goes UN-answered. Japan is controlled by the United States. There is no reason to invade. If the owners of the USA really wanted to clean up Fukushima, the US would have taken over the cleanup. Fukushima spewing radiation is what they want.

The Death and Disease created by Fukushima can not even be estimated accurately it is so Huge and will only get worse with time if Nothing is done. To say that it is too HOT or Radio active to do anything at the site is ridiculous. The Billions of Dollars spent on WAR and Entertainment every year alone could be spent on making Robots that work Via Wired Control using Hydraulics for movement and Gas or Diesel for power. The Electronics and Controls could all be at the FAR End of the Cables and if Camera systems can not take the Radiation then Cameras with Zoom Lenses could be used from a operational distance to allow the control of the Robots to clean up the site.

Look at the Movie Pacific Rim and then say that what needs done to clean up Fukushima is not More Important and at least as possible as the fictional Technology made at least to look real for that movie.

The bottom line is that we have zero data. Japan's government tested over 300,000 food samples for radiation in 2013. Governments of Canada and the US: 0. In the month of December 2013, Japan tested 32605 samples. It was probably a slow month, due to the holidays, because in November 2013 they tested 34721 samples.

The fact is that within those tests are some very high over limit readings. The Japanese know very well what is contaminated. They export the contaminated product and keep the good product for domestic consumption. This is easy to do with the US radiation limit in food at 12x the Japanese limit.

The US and Canada don't just have a poor response, they have no response. How can you respond to something you've taken zero effort to understand?
