The Pope is a key Authority in the Peace treaty between countries in the Middle-East, he could easily cause a war to come from playing around with that.

The anti Christ will be a wolf in sheep's clothing, he will be pious and Holy. Revered and respected, he will look blessed.
He is supposed to make the Jewish people think he is the Messiah. Politicians are NOT Messiah figures *Only in their own mind* Pious Holy religious leaders are more likely to fit the Messiah description.
Considering the Popes don't have the Holy Spirit, yet claim to be a Shepard of the flock, they are LITERALLY wolves in sheep's clothing.
The Pope LITERALLY fits the description. I don't even know if he is the anti Christ, I'm just saying there are perfect matches.
