My dear friend got scammed by one of these. She had no money so borrowed 400 to send her "British medical assistant" for a plane trip to get here for the "wedding." She also got her stepdad to buy a dress, 200 more, and set up the service at the church. She had been talking to (someone) on the phone for a few months, he told her he used to live in her city, worked at a place she was familiar with and was going to get re-hired there when he got back from "England."
She sent me a pic when I first heard about it, I told her it was a model from the web but she was not listening.
All those emails and calls and scams for 400 bucks.
Prayer aint gonna help her common sense, get her out to the Sr. center or something.
