The queen does not have the right to declare war. It seems LaRouche has no understanding of the role the Monarchy plays in British politics. If the Queen tried to declare war it would cause uproar in British politics and seriously damage the constitution. The Government would not allow the Queen to declare war. If she went against the Governments wishes it would mean the end of Royal family and the British monarchy.
