Something unatural is happening to me. Please help! Is it possesion or what? i

My name is David. I am 25 years old. I live in Cambridge Ontario Canada. I have been looking everywhere for something that can explain what is happening to me. Two years ago I saw something in my dreams. I would be walking along this desert with a ground made of red earth and no plant life anywhere. Suddenly a voice would echo out of nowhere and speak to me in a language i could not understand. I would scream and run but the ground would open up and i would fall. And before i would awake, for the last split second i would hear a voice say "waiting". I woke up screaming and standing outside in the middle of the night. I dont know what it means. That was two years ago. I have had the dream every night since then. Only now before i wake up the voice says "waiting for you" I have no history of mental illness in my family. And was even tested for mental instability. I am fine. Tho diagnosed with adhd and mild bi-polar tendencies admittedly. Ever since the first time i had the dream i have been feeling as tho someone is constantly watching me. Tho its not like paranoia. Its almost as if i know someone is there. Recently i have taken to sudden black outs. I would be fine one minute then wake up screaming and sweating on the floor the next. Even more concerning is that my gf has told me while staying at my apartment that i would talk in my sleep and say disturbing things and carry on conversations with who she has told me is a man who terrifies me. She has taken to talking to me in my sleep to find out more but she says that when she asked me who the man was she said that i acted as tho i was unable to speak. As tho i was trying but something would not let me. She has recently broken up with me after one extremely disturbing incident. She was talking to me one day. We were sitting on the bed. Then she says i suddenly stood up and walked to the wall and started to speak to someone who wasnt there. Even more disturbing was the context of speech. She told me that i spoke some kind of obscure language and during speaking it she suddenly felt cold and that she was suddenly overwhelmed with feelings of fear and boubt. She left me that day. I have no memory of any of these incidents. I am very frightened. This is not a joke. Is there anyone out there who can tell me what is happening to me? Please help.
