Girl breaks car window to save a helpless dog…What would YOU do in this situation? | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 11181373 Canada 02/10/2014 09:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | good people are everywhere but should be careful at least in a situation like this... what would happen if the driver comes?! Quoting: mraychev [link to www.endoriot.com] The real question is, if there was a man in that same car helpless and unconscious would she even bother to help, or just move on? From my experiences with women, they treat their dogs better than their boyfriends and husbands. |

However, since this video came out I think more people are trying to act "tough", and do this whenever they see a dog in a vehicle. My lab has severe separation anxiety so he has to come EVERYWHERE with us. That being said, in the summer we leave the truck running with A/C on an windows cracked with a pail of water in back seat. In winter, the heat is on and windows cracked. If anyone tried to break my window, I sure hope they would stick around so I could return the favour. Last Edited by Momzilla on 02/10/2014 10:47 AM |

Govern: CONTROL Ment: MIND CONTROL MIND;MIND CONTROL The terrorists attacks which will be launched in the United States will be blamed upon middle eastern religious fanatics, Christian fundamentalists, white supremacists, Patriots, or Militias. A more immediate result of these operations will be the increased use of military forces, weaponry, and equipment such as tanks and armored personnel carriers in civilian law enforcement, the suspension or elimination of Habeas Corpus, the elimination of jury trials, the attempted disarming of the American People, and the institution of martial law with show-trials conducted by a tribunal of judges. - William Cooper 1997 (RIP) "If it's TRUE, it cannot be a THEORY!" -- Kentroversy (02/23/07) The light is always stronger than the darkness. Pets are not something just lying around the living room, you have a responsibity to look after their wellbeing. If you cannot do this, do not take on a pet in the first place. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 674744 United States 02/10/2014 11:02 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Walk on, I am not an animal person. I don't really care for things that have no souls. Quoting: Dr. Aryan Greig You don't mind if a feeling being suffers? Is that what you're saying? It's just a soulless animal like non-white people, listen up nature declares separate, exclusive territory for the survival of each specie. Nature’s laws declare inter-specie compassion to be suicidal to each other. It's a free country but I'm glad not everyone thinks like you. This world is screwed up enough. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54104301 a breeze block? a sledge hammer? its near impossible. try a piece of a broken spark plug ceramic tied to a string - breaks without effort. I use my fist Good luck, it will break your wrist long before you puncture the glass at all. The glass also has inside it tiny little micro threads specfically designed to make glass less prone to shattering when an object hits it. Basically you might crack the glass at best leaving a fist imprint and yourself in terrible pain. |

So it (human) would be as helpless as the dog would be in the same situation. I would do the same for an unconscious human as I would for a dog. Break the window, but in the case of the human I would call 911 as well. |

Quoting: mraychev [link to www.endoriot.com] who is doing the filming? Umm it's a commercial so I would guess it's the film company shooting the commercial that filmed this. Don't worry, this will be a hot topic once again when and if summer roles around this year and idiots leave their dogs and babies in hot cars. |

My dog had a bowl of water with ice cubesin it. This lady came in the store ranting & raving. Ended up having to have the manager call the cops to get to quit harassing me. Then again I worked security loss prevention for a grocery store. This lady came up to me and told me there was a dog in a car ready to die. Went out & found a Chihuahua sitting in a car windows up in 100 degree weather, looking almost dead. Called the cop. He couldn't break the window due to department regs, but he'd stand by if I wanted to. Long story short got the dog out & cooled down enough to get him to a vet. The Hispanic lady that owned the car didn't give a crap about her dog only asked about her window. The cop stepped up & told the piece of crap that if she wanted to file a report on me, he'd have to take her to jail for animal cruelty & abuse & she might get deported if she didn't have a green card. She hopped in the car drove off without the dog. Glad to say the dog has a nice home with people that do give a crap. BTW, You can pop a car window easily with a pointy object. The tip of my baton works well. Also the tip of a stiff bladed pocket knife will work too. Word of warning with the spark plug insulator. If you have a piece on you & you're searched, you'll probably go to jail for possession of burglary tools. |
