Girl breaks car window to save a helpless dog…What would YOU do in this situation?

I would do the same for an unconscious human as I would for a dog.
Break the window, but in the case of the human I would call 911 as well.

I have called the cops for a dog in a truck on a hot day before. I tried to find the owner first, and couldn't. When I had already called the cops the owner came out and screamed at me, accused me of harassing him, and threatened to have me arrested.

It's illegal in this state to leave a dog in a closed-up vehicle when it's likely to cause distress.

If the dog had been in distress, yes I would have broken the window. Would do exactly the same for a baby or a person. A living creature trumps an inanimate object every time. If you think differently then there is something deeply sick and broken about you.

The real question is, if there was a man in that same car helpless and unconscious would she even bother to help, or just move on? From my experiences with women, they treat their dogs better than their boyfriends and husbands.

And the person who left the animal to perish in the vehicle should be charged with animal cruelty.

Finding such an animal would cause mental anguish in those that found it. Good enough reason to sue the animal's owner for mental suffering and damages, I agree.

It's a commercial not real life it's designed to live off your emotions. Do you also believe wrestling is real?

Been in the same situation. My dog had a bowl of water with ice cubesin it. This lady came in the store ranting & raving. Ended up having to have the manager call the cops to get to quit harassing me.

Then again I worked security loss prevention for a grocery store. This lady came up to me and told me there was a dog in a car ready to die. Went out & found a Chihuahua sitting in a car windows up in 100 degree weather, looking almost dead. Called the cop. He couldn't break the window due to department regs, but he'd stand by if I wanted to. Long story short got the dog out & cooled down enough to get him to a vet. The Hispanic lady that owned the car didn't give a crap about her dog only asked about her window. The cop stepped up & told the piece of crap that if she wanted to file a report on me, he'd have to take her to jail for animal cruelty & abuse & she might get deported if she didn't have a green card. She hopped in the car drove off without the dog. Glad to say the dog has a nice home with people that do give a crap.

BTW, You can pop a car window easily with a pointy object. The tip of my baton works well. Also the tip of a stiff bladed pocket knife will work too. Word of warning with the spark plug insulator. If you have a piece on you & you're searched, you'll probably go to jail for possession of burglary tools.

You are 100% correct. Animals do have souls. They are not made in Gods' image in the manner of men, BUT they do exist separate from the body.

I understand this perfectly. In spirit form no life form needs to consume meat in order to survive...the eating of straw is symbolic to demonstrate this truth.

In a near meditative state I once glimpsed my beloved deceased cat briefly appearing and then disappearing. He is waiting for me on the other side as are millions of other beloved pets awaiting their owners arrival.
