They absolutely cannot do anything they are not allowed to do by the U.S. Govt.

So, not much we can do to change it.

If they are allowed to attack and that is they're mission it will happen.

If The Govt didn't want them coming here they would no make it across the sea.

Which way are they coming btw? Atlantic or Pacific?

That wouldn't be very fun for those of us in the U.S.. I know this place is all about doom but the reality of the situation would be quite ugly.
