i am willing to give up the cigarettes, alcohol and pot but i need some other things that will speed up the process or something that will help put me in the right mind set so that my body and mind flow together like a well oiled engine.,

i feel like a lot of junk food has an addictive pull over my mind.
i am finding myself craving fast food in the same ways i do a smoke.
