Avoiding World Panic?--USGS dumbs-down Richter "Quake" Scale #'s Since mid-1980's? 2 S.Carolina Quakes were 5 pts!

WELL...We may have an answer for the "Event" in our
Illuminati painting (Denver Airport)....Mag.4.1 Pt
(actually is a 5.1 Pt. by OLD Richter Scale!) in
S.Carolina/GA....will most likely be more on the
East Coast. Is this a New Madrid Precursor? Heads-up!

Richter was the "inventor" of the scale which measures
earthquakes. He used the San Francisco "Great Quake" of
1909 as his standard...They believed this quake would be
the TOP of the scale--various reports put the magnitude
from 8.0 pt. to 9.0 pt. with a "10pt." UNTHINKABLE!

Scientists used this scale which still carries his name
for over 70 years. But for some astonishing reason, the "Richter Scale" was down-sized--
by a factor of 1,000--in the mid-1970's after Richter's death.

So...a 4.4 Pt. quake--as we are seeing in S.Carolina
this week (now there are TWO!) is NOT a 4.4 pt. quake by the "original scale," but is actually a 5.4 pt. quake (a HUGE difference of 1,000 magnitudes!)

Why TPTB ALTERED the Richter Scale has never been
fully explained. Try to google for information on this
and you will find very little references for it.
Could it be that the "signs" of increased quake activity
was already known at that time...and the public was to
be somehow spared knowledge of larger quakes? If THIS
is in fact the reason...it is a conspiracy! But...for what?

Is an attempt to avoid "world panic" (which everyone has
been seeing in "earth changes"/weather/quakes/sinkholes
comets/fireballs/floods/rising sea-levels, etc. etc.)
part of the reason the original "Richter Scale" was
LOWERED (by a magnitude of 1,000pts) in the mid-80's?
QUESTION: Is this making us to feel more secure
or is the reality that we are being LIED TO making
it worse?

Advance to 6:28 pt. Narrator is talking about the
"biggest" quake ever recorded (Chile 1960's) being
a 9.5 pt. But since they were using the OLD SCALE
to record the Chile quake as a 9.5pt. the quake would
have been reported TODAY as an 8.5pt. (which is NOT
the biggest quake to date!) How confusing is that? lol!
