CNN reports: Michelle Obama's dress 'probably cost around $12,000'

I don't have a problem with heads of states wearing custom dresses and suits. Why would anyone want them wearing JC Pennies off the rack? At least it is demure. I don't like it that much - the blue is quite bold. But that's her choice. I do wish they would wear them more than one time, however.

I've found myself warming up to Michelle a little more over the months. I appreciate her efforts to promote better nutrition, whole foods, gardening. Heaven knows, somebody has to had the guts to stand up to some of the big food companies and tell people what they produce is a bunch of crap. Somebody has to tell the public that their poor eating habits cost us billions in health care costs.

She is berated because of what she does and says. That si why most presidents wife's read to school children and keep a low profile. Say no to something but that is it. Hillary tried it under bill and she got shut down fast. We have to draw the line and as soon as she and you understand it we will have less to pay for and put up with.
