isn't the un all over africa feeding people for a day rather than teaching them how to feed themselves?

aren't the un concerned about the ethnic cleansing all over the middle east?
isn't this same muslim extremism which murdered many in egypt and syria and somalia and bosnia and iraq and iran and pakistan and philipines and indonesia extending its policies to the CAR?
