The mandatory compulsory school system is teaching kids that the beliefs they want their kids to have are wrong. Christians have every right to freak out. Just because YOU don't share their beliefs doesn't give you, the school or anybody the authority to encroach on a parents right to raise their children to be religious.

Children learn alot on their own without your intervention. This much i know from experience as well as my own growing up considering my parents didnt teach me diddly squat about the world outside of a illogical religious view to which i dropped the moment i learned about a word called "History"

I learned all of this before i was 13 years old, so today kids even younger develop their own identity early on.

Religion is both illogical and has no place commanding moralistic stances considering the very hypocricy of the christian religion. Thus Religion has no place in school and is the main reason the dark ages happened becasue the religious judges could not accept science and considered it herasy.
