There are numerous times when most leaders of nuclear countries are in the same room at the same time. Wouldn't it make more sense to kidnap the leaders at that time, give them the ultimatum and tell them if they refuse to comply they personally will pay the ultimate price? I just can't see why Russia or the U.S. would give up their nukes to save the lives of 1 or 2 of their citizens. Hell why would China give theirs up to save 150 or so Chinese??? 150 dead citizens is an acceptable price to pay to keep your weapons. |
