Curious if any of the great minds here are familier with alchemy? Do you have first hand expierence with it? Tried it?

Alchemy is a replication of the processes of nature, nothing more. It just so happens that in following the natural processes we can achieve improved health and heightened spirituality.

My thoughts were with electricity and plasma.
We know plasma can fuse elements into new ones.
I don't know anything about alchemy, but processes that create electricity might be a good place to start.
