I work in the trade of water treatment. The dental community wants it in the water mainly because they feel it helps treat the teeth of immigrant children who`s parents never made them brush their teeth.
The biggest problem with Fluoride is it`s in a lot of foods and juices already because food it processed with municipal supplied water. So if one drinks a lot of treated water and eats a lot of foods prepared with treated water you have a high dose intake that can exceed epa limits.
Fluoride settles in the teeth and bones it does not want to leave the body once it go`s in. It has a PH of 1 and etches glass. It has to have it`s own special room away from the other water treatment chemicals. I agree it`s bad stuff i work with it weekly.
