we just got our son a cat, and he does this to me, its adorable. But the best is when lays across my lab/bull terrier mix's shoulders/back...Peyton doesn't like cats and he knows he can't eat him...

the faces he gives me are priceless...

By the way, don't change his name. The first name is
way better--love DaVinci! In the story "Roots" the
parable goes that a child/cat will take on 5 attributes
of the thing they are named.
I would MUCH prefer 5 attributes of DaVinci than I would
the 5 attributes of Sergio Psycho...you may make matters
worse!

heck no! Total ignore. He does play fetch though. He brings me a piece of tubing or what ever he can find, when I start to throw (I always fake him out couple of times first), he goes around the corner, hides crouching down in the 'pounce' formation, when I throw he explodes in a giddy up kitty up blaze and brings the 'ball' back. Then he rubs against my legs and we have a nice round of pet pet, purr purr ,reset and go again.
