Worked as a legal assistant/paralegal in the legal field handling medical malpractice cases for close to 10 years (both defense and plaintiff). Yes this is malpractice! Get a lawyer. Most will do it for a percent of whatever you win. She's in my prayers. I've had 4 surgeries myself for endo so I know the real pain your poor daughter has lived with for most of her life. Worst disease out there in my opinion.
