Everybody with a conscious should therefore, ban themselves from drinking one Guinness beer or anything else that they are associated with. Quoting: moses787 Everybody with a "conscious"??? def: aware of and responding to one's surroundings; awake. LOL Thank God for Guinness, Sam Adams, Heineken and Honey Maid! Thank you for understanding that this is a changing world and our culture needs to change with it. Diversity is a beautiful thing! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 55733735 United States 03/17/2014 12:07 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's absolutely ridiculous for a parade in the modern world to give a damn about sexual orientation. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55736539 This is the 21st century. Give me a break. Good for Guinness (or whoever shook them down). If they were shaken down, that wouldn't be my favorite way to encourage people to go about things, but it's a hell of a lot better than giving in to the absurd parade regulations. Get out of the dark ages, people. If you don't like gay issues, just look at the other floats. It's a free country. Typical liberal/progressive response. The 'absurd regulations' you refer to are in place to protect the integrity of the parade. It's not about fudge packing degenerates showing off their perversion, It's a celebration of Saint Patrick & the Holy, God-fearing man that he was. The abomination of homos has no place in a parade honoring a Saint! |

This is good for business, they can sell to more people, gays and people who accept gays. Go make a beer called Aryan Ale or Skinhead Stout and see how well it does. :P You don't have to like gays but if you run a business its a good idea to say you do. It's like changing to "green" packaging or saying your product is organic. |

Didn't realize St Patrick's Day Parade was actually a Heterosexual Pride parade... But then again, St Patrick actually drove the pagans out of Ireland, so I guess this is the perfect holiday to be a bigot. /shrug |

Yes, the majority of people accept gays. Go on any social network and start talking about how much you hate fags, see how quickly you get shit on. You may not like it but social networks is where all the "normal people" are and this is the way the world is now. |

Talk about some serious repressed issues, lol... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55108430 Yeah, and don't forget that the Taliban would kill you and your type for being "gay". No shit. And we can agree that the Taliban is archaic and well, needs to be wiped out, no? Luckily for teh gayz, they want to kill all capitalists first. |

Maybe your metrosexual feminized buddies accept gays but most people on this planet do not. |

The abomination of homos has no place in a parade honoring a Saint! Better ban Protestants, then. And is everyone in the parade a Christian? You shouldn't march if you're not a Christian--that would be blaspheming St. Patrick. Be sure to honor him by drinking alcohol, which features heavily in the parade. And the girls in the skimpy suits twirling batons? St. Patrick says "No." Especially the ones who have had sex but are not married. Get this parade back to what is should be: a Catholic-only march, alcohol banned for the day, and modest clothing for all participants. |
