I am sitting here at my desk right now and I often feel shaking or a vibrating. It is not a truck passing by or a earthquake... Does anyone else ever feel this?

I have been feeling shaking/vibrating for the past several months. It has been gradually increasing in frequency on a daily basis. I've been feeling-hearing it as well the past few weeks... the past week it wakes me up around 2 am after I get "some" sleep 3-4 hours, and I can't seem to sleep through the night lately. I am in Carlsbad CA, north of San Diego.
