Re: The first car/truck you ever owned?
1948 Chevy Sedan delivery, my surf car. The one that got away, 1954 Austin Healy 104 LeMans. Old cars are in my genes. My dad (who I never really knew) had a Packard v-16, saw a picture of it once, and supposedly it was in the Paris auto show, and owned by the Sprekles sugar family, before my dad got ahold of it. My mom, totally unaware of what she had, owned a 1949 Studebaker with the propeller front bullet, a 50's Hudson Honet, a 50's Willys Henry J, a 1954 ford convertable with continental kit, red (happy days car), a 1956 Studebaker sky hawk, and a 1970 Boss Mustang. She only had them because that was what she could afford at the time, being a single mother with four kids. I wish I had just one of them now. My current old car is a 1969 Mercedes 280 SE German Model, in great shape.

Proud to be deplorable

The only constant is change

The winds of anger, blows out the candle of intelligence

"Slowly, like moisture entering the dying tree trunk, slowly filling and rotting it, so did the world and inertia creep into his soul; it slowly filled his soul, made it heavy, made it tired, sent it to sleep"

Mine was black, drove it two years until a chick rear ended me while she was putting on makeup.
I loved that car..

Nice, my first was a '76 Monza town coupe, got it with a blown out 4 cyl and swapped in a small block out of my brothers pick-up.

Boy, he was pissed!

Roasted many a tire on my way to school in that car...

The pathfinder is one of Nissans proven models. That's a true v6 in that year and model. Aunt had one and used it to haul kids and pull root stomps out of the ground.

Re: The first car/truck you ever owned?
1987 Dodge Colt I got it when I was 16 late in my sophmore year in HS and drove it until graduation. Never had a problem with it but it did burn a quart of oil every 50 miles. Oh I did have to change the spark plugs every 6 months because they would get oil inside them and car would misfire!!!!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 41700762

I had one too, we used as the office messenger car, plus I took it a couple times across the US and back, that sucker even went 90 to 100 mph no problem, lol

We were flying down the interstate with our old 14 year old dachshund in the back, didn't even know the hatch had come open, truckers were waving at us trying to tell us, lol lol, good times
