wonder whatever happened to all those vans from late 70's, early 80s, had all that neat artwork on them, horses, cougars, etc. Used to drive the 405 to work in LA, was fun looking at them

Re: The first car/truck you ever owned?
When I first moved in to my home, my neighbor invited me over for beers. He took me into his garage, which I thought was his house because it was huge.

Inside was a blue with white stripe 69 camaro, yellow with black stripe 69 camaro, orange with black stripe 68 camaro, gray 67 camaro, blue 68 camaro, and a 70 or 71 chevelle with 10K original miles in mint condition. He bought it as a teenager and rarely used it.

Then he pulled up on the computer Chevy's website and entered a code and it showed a 2014 special edition camaro. 700+ hp and only a couple of hundred made. It looked like bumblebee from Transformers.

Let's just say I'm a tad jealous. I saw a few days ago that he was pulling on a trailer to his garage a 69 fastback mustang. Hood was off and it looked like it had a Boss in it. Have to call him up and share a few beers again.

That 2014 camaro at that time was being built and you could see where it was at, at any time during assembly.

Burnt orange 1977 Ford Galaxy. This was in 1995. It was sitting in army storage (my mom is DOD) for years. Had to take the engine apart and rebuild it. Inside and out was flawless. Less than 30k miles on it...like a dumb 16 year old I dogged the shit out of it...if only I had that thing today. It was a beauty and could scoot!

He loves his cars. Each one insured and no bondo work done. All bodies in great condition. He only repaired the engines and ad them painted to original colors, so he says. I didn't know camaros came in orange during that time period, 68-69.

Anybody know for sure?

Thank you brah!! Its a reminder who is in charge of fuckerizing the auto industry to tell him and them where we drive? how far and how fast. Cars are nothing like what we have posted here and soon all you have to do is lean back and it takes the drive out of us. I love my gas guzzlers and antiques and classics and the memories real vinyl seats and real metal cars made all of us what we are and drive today.
