If it had nothing to do with dispatch consolidation, then why do today's fixes involve reversing dispatch consolidation decisions?

So often I wonder about people like the Hsus. I bet 99.9% of those even remotely interested in the Sandy Hook story have never seen his face. Not one moment of spotlight for that family. They're just gone. Are they getting any benefit whatsoever from all the fundraising, or counseling for their remaining two daughters, or for themselves? It's just so odd how some families are in the news non-stop, and others have literally never been heard from.
